About Us

Alfred Bruch has over 30 years of cumulative experience in the kitchen/bath industry. Alfred Bruch has 15 years experience with high end enclosures. We have 4 installers in our company, all with a minimum of 3 years experience with shower doors. We are all partners with the company so if you talk to one of us, you are talking to us all. We have resisted the urge to grow just by hiring bodies and our clients appreciate the fact that the person that you trusted to put in your door is still with us when you call us for help.

We specialize in frameless and framed enclosures but our expertise has expanded to include, fixed tempered glass, spray panels and specialized glass (with color, texture and fabric). We have partnered with Glass Crafters Inc. (www.glasscraftersinc.com) to provide an almost limitless array of Art Glass finishes with their patented tempered/laminated shower door glass.

Excellent customer service is our most important goal and a quality product/installation. To this end, we return calls within hours (not days), we will usually provide measure within 48 hours and guarantee your shop drawing the next day. If we are running late or early, you will get a call. We try to schedule installations within 24 hours of delivery with 3 or 4 day lead time. We are dressed appropriately and leave your site cleaner than when we arrived.

Our warranty is for general guide lines only. We will stand behind our products/installation for 5 years against manufacturer/installation defects. We exclude homeowner abuse.

Just wanted to let you know we were so pleased with the installation. Nate and Skip were fantastic. Arrived early, neat as a pin and very helpful. They even put up the arm which holds our shower head and turned the flange around on our basement shower door so the water would stay inside the shower.
