I contacted several companies and found Shower Door King to be the most reasonable esp as other companies were charging a higher price than SDK for 3/8 rather than 1/2 inch glass. The process went smoothly. Al came out promptly and measured the size of the replacement door. He was very knowledgeable and made good suggestions as to how the door should look. He told me it would take several weeks to have the door fabricated and that I would receive a call as to setting up the install date and time. Several weeks later, I received that call, set an appointment for today, received several calls as to the time the installers would arrive and they arrived in that specified window. The installers described what they would do and pointed out that they had no idea of how the shower pan would look after they removed the old hardware and that if it looked bad, they would give me the option of not installing the door until after the pan had been refinished and not give me an additional charge for installation. Fortunately the shower pan looked great after the old hardware was removed and they did an excellent job installing the new frameless door. I can recommend SDK without reservations and would use them again. The new enclosure is a major upgrade and looks smashing.
