We remodeled the master bath with a neo corner shower. When Al came to measure, he discovered that the shower base where the door would open was tilted 1/8″ in the wrong direction. He clearly showed me with the level what the issue was and said he could not install the shower walls because the water would always drain out when the door was open and cause a mildew and moisture problem.
We were disappointed and the contractor had to come out and redo the shower step. Once it was redone, Al came out the next day to measure again and expedited the order in hope that it would be installed before New Years Eve. Derrick and Nathan installed it and did a great job on 12/30!
I highly recommend working with this company. They were very professional and the cheapest of 3 quotes.
